Read below for possible solutions.
General Information
This website has been designed to be cross browser compatable
with current versions of Netscape, Firefox, Opera and Internet
Explorer. Every effort has been made to ensure that you
will be able to view and navigate the site with your current
setup. If you experience any problems please feel free to
contact us so we can
ensure the site is accessable to everyone.
Navigation around the site is via the dropdown menus which
work using Javascript and DHTML. Older versions of internet
browsers may not support this feature and you may need to
update to a newer version which is normally free. There
are a few dropdown options which have a second tier with
more options these are marked with a small square/arrow.
If you are having problems finding a page the sitemap
lists all of the pages currently available on the website.
Error 404 page not found
If you get this message or a similar error page the link
that you have followed is broken. It may be that the link
was spelled incorrectly or the page to be opened has been
moved or deleted. Check the spelling of the link and try
again. Please contact us
so that we may amend any broken links.
Javascript
Javascript is a scripting language that runs on
your computer your current settings may be set to off as
in rare occasions it can pose a security risk to your pc.
If you do not want to run javascript you will have to use
the sitemap link at the bottom of each page to navigate
around the site as the dropdown menus will not appear. If
you wish to use the dropdown menus then got to tools - options
and find the javascript enable checkbox. On older browsers
the second levels of the dropdown menus may not appear,
in which case you will still beable to get to those pages
via the links within the page before in the first level
of dropdown menus.
Javascript error
If you get a javascript error on page message try reloading
the page. If this does not rectify the problem please contact
us so we can fix the problem. You should be able to continue
to use the site via the sitemap link at the bottom of the
page.
Download pdf/ doc problem
There are a few downloadable documents on this website in
both pdf and word doc formats. To view these documents you
will need to have word installed for .doc files and adobe
acrobat reader for pdfs. If the programs are installed on
your system the file will open in a browser window otherwise
you will be prompted to download the file. The pdf viewer

page not found then the file may have been moved, Please

Image not displaying correctly
If you find a page with an image that is not displaying
first try refreshing the page if this does not work the
image may have been moved or deleted. Please contact
us so that we may amend any broken links.
Text Size
The size of the text can be controlled by going
to view in your browser and selecting text size and increasing
the value. Although some text on this site has a fixed value
the main text for the pages can be made bigger for people
who find it difficult to read smaller text.
Screen Size
This site is best viewed in 1024x768 but has been designed
to work well in 800x600 displays. If you would like to alter
your display settings you must go to the control panel and
select display then settings and select the larger settings.
Note this will change your computers settings not just this
website. We accept no responsibility if you alter your settings.
