Your Data
Any personal details submitted to the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) will only be used by MCS in accordance with your wishes and not be used for other purposes or passed to any third party without prior consent.

Although transfer of data over the internet/email is never 100% secure we will ensure as far as possible that your details are safe. Please do not submit any credit card details/bank details or other sensitive information over the internet unless there is a secure sign padlock displayed on your browser similar to below.

The Data Protection Act
Any personal information submitted via the MCS website is treated in accordance with The Data Protection Act (1998). Among other things, this means that you have the right to advise us at any time if you no longer wish to receive mailings from us. It also gives you the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold on you.
